Cricket Australia (CA) has unveiled an 18-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against India, which is set to commence on September 22. Pacer Pat Cummins, who has returned to the side after recovering from injury, has been named captain.

The Pat Cummins-led team will face the Indian team in an ODI series from September 22 to 27. The first match is set for Friday in Mohali, followed by the second game in Indore on Sunday. The series will conclude with the final match in Rajkot on Wednesday.

The ODI series will be the final assignment for India and Australia ahead of the highly anticipated ICC ODI World Cup 2023, set to be played between October 5 and 19. The series will serve as ideal preparation for the World Cup, considering the similar conditions.
