Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma shared an appreciation post for her husband Virat Kohli as he achieved the historic milestone of scoring 50 centuries in ODIs. Anushka Sharma celebrated the achievement, expressing gratitude for being blessed with Virat Kohli’s love.

Virat Kohli scored 117 runs off 113 balls, including nine fours and two sixes, at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 15. Kohli helped the team reach a massive total of 397/4. In response, India bowled out the opposition for 327 runs in 48.5 overs.

God Is The Best Script Writer – Anushka Sharma

After the conclusion of the match, Anushka Sharma expressed her admiration for Virat Kohli, describing God as the best scriptwriter. She acknowledged him as “truly God’s child” and shared her joy in witnessing his achievements and continuous growth.

“God is the best script writer. Utterly grateful to him for blessing me with your love, and to watch you grow from strength to strength and achieve all that you have and will, being honest to yourself and to the sport always. You are truly God’s child,” Anushka wrote.

The Delhi-born cricketer achieved a remarkable milestone of 50 ODI centuries, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar’s record. He celebrated the emotional feat by bowing to Tendulkar and acknowledging his wife, Anushka Sharma, who blew flying kisses from the stands.

It’s Very Difficult For Me To Explain – Virat Kohli

Speaking at the mid-innings break, Virat Kohli expressed that achieving the 50th ODI century in front of his wife, Anushka Sharma, and cricketing idol, Sachin Tendulkar, was a dream come true.

“It’s the stuff of dreams. Anushka was sitting right there, and Sachin Paaji was in the stands. It’s very difficult for me to explain how I’m feeling. If I could paint a perfect picture, I would want this to be the picture,” Virat said.

“My life partner, the person I love the most is sitting there, my hero is sitting there and I was able to get the 50th ODI hundred in front of all of them and all these stands in Wankhede as well, such a historic venue, so it was amazing,” he added.

The 35-year-old batter will be seen in action in the World Cup final against the winner of the semi-final between Australia and South Africa at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, November 19.
