Hafeez to play for Middlesex

Meanwhile, de Villiers has taken a short break from the ongoing tournament. The former South African will be back ahead of their penultimate league game against Hampshire on August 29. Middlesex is currently second in the points table after Sussex in the South Group. They have won six matches out of the nine games played and have secured 12 points. AB de Villiers was in scintillating form showing why he is one of the greatest in the business. They are in line to progress to the quarterfinals with five ties left.
