IND vs AUS Head to Head Records in ODIs – 3rd ODI, 2023. The IND vs AUS third ODI will be played in Rajkot on September 27. The match starts at 1.30 pm IST. India have already won the series after winning the first two ODIs and are looking for a clean sweep.
After Mohali and Indore, Rajkot will be another batting-friendly wicket. India piled up 399/5 in the second ODI with centuries from Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer and the finishing kick by Suryakumar Yadav.
Australia were bowed out for 217 chasing 317 in 3 overs by the DLS method and lost the match by 99 runs. Mitchell, Starc, Pat Cummins, and Glenn Maxwell were not part of the Australia XI for the second ODI. While Starc and Cumins will return for the third ODI injury clouds still linger over Glenn Maxwell.
Sevel players will not be available for India for the third ODI with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma returning. Shubman Gill, Shardul Thakur, Ruturai Gaikwad, Tilak Varma, Prasidh Krishna, Mukesh Kumar, and Axar Patel will be unavailable for the third ODI. As per reports, Axar Patel has not yet recovered from his left quadriceps strain.
He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. Jasprit Bumrah who missed the second ODI due to personal reasons will return to the playing XI as well.
Australia have now lost five ODIs on the trot. They lost three consecutive games against South Africa and now two against India ahead of their World Cup opener against India in Chennai on October 6.
The Aussies are heading into this IND vs AUS series after losing the South Africa ODI series. They won the first two games but lost the final three games to lose the series. Australia defeated India 2-1 earlier this year in an ODI series.

Talking about head-to-head, both teams have played 148 ODIs between themselves with India winning 56 and Australia 82 matches. As many as 10 games have ended with results. In India, out of 67 matches, the Aussies have won 32 games while Team India 30. Five matches ended with no result.
