The dead rubber third ODI between India and Australia is currently taking place at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot. After the rollicking start by the visitors with the bat, the hosts have pulled things back with Jasprit Bumrah being the key architect.

Jasprit Bumrah was quite expensive in the innings early on as Mitchell Marsh took him to the cleaners. However, the pacer made a great comeback after that as he bowled a magnificent spell of fast bowling that saw him picking two quick wickets.

Jasprit Bumrah first removed Alex Carey with the staggering slower ball and then sent Glenn Maxwell packing. The pacer bamboozled him with a staggering ball and the Australian all-rounder had no answers to that delivery.

Jasprit Bumrah set the batter perfectly as he bowled a series of slower balls and then fired in one quick delivery. He bowled a staggering 142.3 kph yorker that went under the bat of Glenn Maxwell to castle the base of off-stump back.

Here’s the video:

Glenn Maxwell, who played his first game in 6 months, didnt have a good outing in his comeback game. He scored just 5 runs off 7 balls. He now would be hoping to turn things around with his bowling. He’s likely to roll his arm over in the match.

Kuldeep Yadav supports Jasprit Bumrah well as he picks two wickets as well

Kuldeep Yadav, who was rested for the first two games, made a great impact in the final match of the series. He lived up to the expectation of ‘wicket taker’ as he bagged two key scalps for his team in the middle overs.

Kuldeep Yadav first sent dangerous Micthell Marsh packing for 96 runs. If this was not enough he then picked Cameron Green as well. The all-rounder scores just 9 runs off 3 balls. He bowled just 6 overs in the game and conceded 48 runs.
