Former England captain Michael Vaughan has continued to take shots at Pakistan, brutally trolling Mohammad Rizwan for his dismissal against England on Saturday (November 11).

It all started when he mocked Pakistan for their tendency to create controversies during the World Cup. He then tried to have some fun at the expense of Mohammad Hafeez after the latter hit back at him for his earlier remarks. Before the game against England, he trolled Pakistan by posting the qualification scenarios for them.

And on Sunday, he decided to troll Mohammad Rizwan for his bizarre dismissal during the crucial clash against England. Batting on 36 off 51 balls, the wicketkeeper-batsman tried to up the ante by going for a big shot. In the 23rd over, he was facing Moeen Ali when he danced down the track to play a big shot. However, he completely failed to judge the line and length of the ball as Moeen had smartly dragged his length back and bowled a bit slower.

He failed to make any contact with the ball whatsoever and the ball went on to crash into the stumps. After the shot, Mohammad Rizwan also fell awkwardly on the field, showing signs of what appeared to be a cramp. Hours after the dismissal, Michael Vaughan took to X to troll the Pakistan star.

The England great posted a photo of a man getting cleaned up while trying to play a big shot and wrote: “Morning all .. Check this guy playing the Rizwan .. Study where the ball is .. #HappyDiwali x #Mumbai

Mohammad Rizwan on struggles with cramps:

Mohammad Rizwan was also trolled on social media for his comical dismissal. While he appeared to be struggling with cramps, fans were having none of it as they quickly recalled his past comments about his antics and trolled him.

After scoring a century against Sri Lanka earlier in the competition, he was asked by commentator Simon Doull about his struggles due to cramps. In reply, he had said: “sometimes it’s cramps, sometimes it’s acting.”
